Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All MITO Bottles are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase.

We require a proof of purchase for any returns requested.

As long as the MITO Bottle(s) has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

Please note that we do not offer returns on any personalised MITO Bottles.

All deliveries, come with a return address sticker. MITO Bottles cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, and we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging.


As soon as you receive your order confirmation E-mail, you will have up to one hour in which to cancel and receive a full refund. After this it will be very difficult for your order to be cancelled as it will have already been processed.

The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it can be cancelled.

Arrived damaged?

If any MITO Bottles products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.
